About me

I tailor my sessions according to your needs using a combination of boxing techniques, circuits, resistance training and fit-ball exercises.

Area1 – Sports Rehabilitation
Are old injuries still hindering your fitness goals?
Being a qualified sports rehab trainer I use tubing techniques to reduce the pain of an old injury allowing for an easier progression towards achieving your fitness goals.
Area 2 – Sports Massage Therapy
Dull aches associated with back pain and muscle tension caused by the stresses of everyday life?
I provide an extensive postural assessment combined with post care advice and correctional methods. In conjunction with this, I provide sports therapy using deep tissue massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger pointing and fractioning to help reduce your niggling aches and pains and thus improving everyday living.
