About me
From childhood i was introduced to various martial arts and disciplined fitness routines. these have proved to work mentally as well as physically, which continues to give me passion for driving fitness out there to others using these methods.
I enjoy seeing my clients reaching their goals having fun and gaining knowledge. i have recently been jet setting around the world getting involved and observing how different cultures exercise and keep healthy. This has helped me understand and add more knowledge to my category of health & fitness accelerating my clients in the direction to receive top quality 1-2-1 sessions.
